I've heard of this great restaurant called Chop out in Richmond for a little while now. I think it was opened last summer. It's like Joey's or Cactus Club but I think even a bit more classy. P and I finally got a chance to try it out this past weekend. However, we had a bit of difficulty finding it because we had confused the old Sandman with the new Sandman hotel, which this restaurant is located. They're literally only 2 blocks away from each other, where the new one is more hidden.
P and I weren't that hungry so we ordered mussels and a ahi tuna burrito appetizers to share. Then, we had a yummy salad as entree...the salad actually comes with steak, which they forgot to put on so we had it on the side.

Of course we couldn't go without having dessert to finish our wine. P likes creme brulee very much, so we tried that. Overall, it was an excellent meal and we were very satisfied with the food, the service, and the decor. We would definitely come back.
